Concept
Raster Sentinel treats the screen as a press sheet: flat ink-black panels divided by 1px hairlines, with exactly one inverted bone-white column that carries a halftone bitmap portrait. There are no gradients, no shadows, and no rounded corners. Hierarchy comes from inversion, scale, and a ghosted stack of verbs where only the active word is lit. Ultramarine appears once per view, always on the primary action, so the eye lands on it without competition.
